Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention improves muscular strength, flexibility, and fitness.
Wednesdays @ 1pm | January 21 through March 11 (March 18 & 25 snow dates if needed)
8 sessions; each session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour
Can be done seated or standing
